Everardo Chavez was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. He is a first generation Mexican-American and very proud of his heritage. He comes from a traditional Mexican family where hard work and determination are the only secrets to success. His biggest heros are his parents, who immigrated to this country with nothing but hope for a better life. He grew up on the westside of town attending Apollo High School and later the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He was able to graduate from ASU in December 2015 with his Bachelors of Science in just 2 1/2 years.
Earning his Realtors license while still in college, he became an independent agent with West USA Realty upon graduating. Since 2015 he has single handedly closed over $53 million in sales. In 2017, he founded Open Path Lending, a hard money lending company, whose mission is to provide real estate investors with better terms and financing options for their purchases. In 2019, he earned his Real Estate Brokers license, now also representing commercial clients with the same level of care and attention to detail that has set him apart in the residential market. In 2019, he purchased a commercial space and upon realizing it's potential, he came up with a Modern Mexican restaurant concept and went straight to work on making his vision a reality. Located at the heart of Historic Downtown Glendale, Don Juan's Mexican Grill, will be providing authentic Mexican cuisine from northern and southern Mexico to hungry area residents.
Outside of Real Estate, Everardo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his girlfriend Cristal, weightlifting, and enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Arizona has to offer. Everardo does not believe in flaunting his success, but much rather believes in making moves silently and allowing his professional success speak for itself. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, and no job is beneath him. He believes that honesty, integrity and communication are the best traits to have in business.
